Sample Itinerary
Day One - Travel to Riobamba
Most people will travel to Riobamba from a location somewhere around the Cotopaxi National Park as part of a longer trip, but it's also possible to drive to Riobamba directly from Quito. Wherever you are coming from, you will arrive at Hacienda Abraspungo in the late afternoon, in plenty of time to relax in the gardens and enjoy the stunning views.
Day Two - Horse-riding, Polo or Bullfighting!
You have a full free day to relax in Hacienda Abraspungo's lovely gardens, or to take up some of the optional activities that the hacienda offers. As well as conventional tours of the surrounding area, you can also take part in horse-riding and trekking tours, and even take polo and bullfighting lessons.
Day Three - Down the Devil's Nose
We will take you into Riobamba early this morning so that you can catch the Chiva Express down the Devil's Nose switchback to Alausi.

Our price for the sample itinerary given here is £200 per person. This price is based on two people sharing a double or twin room and includes all the following:

- Devil's Nose train ride Riobamba-Alausi
