Sample Itinerary
Day One - Arrival and visit to Charles Darwin Centre
Your flight from the mainland will touch down on the island of Baltra this morning, and we will pick you up and take you across the Itabaca Strait to Santa Cruz and the Hotel Silberstein. This afternoon you will visit the Charles Darwin Centre.
Day Three - Day trip to Santa Fé
After breakfast, you will take a yacht day-trip to Santa Fe Island, with its arid landscape characterized by opuntia cacti. It is one of the best islands for studying the giant land iguanas. There will also be plentiful opportunities for swimming and snorkelling.
Day Two - Day trip to Bartolome
Today we will travel by a small boat to the island of Bartolome. We will hike along the moon-like terrain to reach the highest point of the island to enjoy a magnificent view of the Galapagos, especially Pinnacle Rock, one of the most-photographed sites on the islands! In the afternoon, we’ll have a chance to swim with penguins after enjoying lunch on the boat.
Day Four - Back to Quito
After breakfast this morning, we will travel back to the airport on Baltra to catch a flight back to the mainland.

A stay at the Hotel Silberstein in the Galapagos can be added on to any of our holidays in Ecuador and you can stay for as long as you like!
Our price for the sample itinerary given here is £950 per person. This price is based on two people sharing a double or twin room and includes all the following:
- Three nights accommodation at the Silberstein hotel
- All transfers
- All meals in the hotel and on day trips
- Flights Quito-Galapagos-Quito
- Galapagos Transit card
